Web Design

  • Custom Look & Feel – Not an adjustment of a template. This also includes a simple web Wordmark logo that fits the overall design (If you would like a full blown logo design, we can do that as a seperate project).
  • Responsive Display (looks good on Desktop Computers, Tablets and Smartphones)
  • Choice of WordPress of Joomla Content Management System (CMS – allows you to make simple changes to the website text with your basic computer skills).
  • Contact form with up to 10 fields.
  • Map and Directions (Google embedded map)
  • Slider with up to five banner images/advertisements
  • 5 stock photos (maximum cost $10 ea)
  • Up to 15 pages of content
  • Custom website user’s manual

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Promotion

  • Search engine optimization of 3 pages with up to 3 search terms for each page (9 search terms total) and inclusion into Google, Yahoo and Bing search engine indexes.
  • Setup of Local Business Listings on Google, Yahoo and Bing for one location.
  • Installation of Google Analytics and Google Webmaster Tools to your Google Account (we can create one for you if you don’t have one already)

Web Hosting

  • Regular security updates
  • Regular back-ups
  • Downtime support
  • Domain name DNS updates

Website Maintenance

Three hrs of updates per year, available in 15 minute increments (1 simple update per month or however you would like to use it).

Costs

  • Web Design and Promotion: $1750 (50% deposit, 50% due upon completion of development version, prior to launch)
  • Web Hosting:
    • Option 1 – Monthly billing: $25
    • Option 2 – Annual prepayment: $250
